Overview
CHIPOP is a fictional universe where physical collectibles become digital companions.
Each figure comes with a USB key — not for data, but for identity. When plugged in, it unlocks the same character inside a virtual game, giving players access to exclusive avatars, abilities, and stories.
This branding project was built from scratch: name, concept, design language, and visual world. The challenge was to make something imaginary feel real. To create a product that looks like it already exists — in stores, in hands,
and in hearts.
The design system draws inspiration from nostalgic gaming culture, futuristic toys, and emotional branding. From PlayStation-inspired packaging and branded merch to gift wrap, postcards, and business cards, each piece was created to feel tactile, vibrant, and cohesive.
But CHIPOP isn’t just aesthetic. It’s about ownership, connection, and play.
It invites users to collect not just a figure, but a version of themselves — one they can explore, unlock, and play as in a new kind of game.
This isn’t about what exists. It’s about what could.
This is branding for the in-between: where imagination meets design, and design makes it real.
